Approximately 275 students will be paying fees and picking up schedules during each schedule pick-up time. Student pictures will be taken this year during schedule pickup. All students must have a photo taken for an ID and for the yearbook. Students should dress appropriately. If there is more than one student in a family who will be attending Goddard, all schedules may be picked up at one time.
Students should attend schedule pick-up in order to have a photo taken. Please follow the schedule and procedures below for schedule pick-up: Schedule Pickup and Student Picture Times:
Aug 14th
6th Grade: A-M 8:00a.m.–9:00a.m. / N-Z 9:00a.m.–10:00a.m.
7th Grade: A-M 10:30a.m.–11:30am / N-Z 11:30 – 12:30p.m.
8th Grade: A-M 1:30p.m.–2:30p.m. / N-Z 2:30p.m.–3:30p.m.
If you arrive right at 8 a.m. (or at 10:30 or at 1:30) you will probably stand in line. Know that you can arrive 20 to 25 minutes after the start time and still have time to complete schedule pick-up during your assigned window of time.
Aug 20th
All grades and new students who registered in August from 3:30p.m.- 7:30p.m.
Be sure to bring the schedule pick-up materials that you received in the mail. Forms must be completed prior to entering the schedule pick-up line.
*Park in the lots off of West Berry Avenue. Proceed to the main entrance of
the building.
*Separate checks are needed to complete the schedule pick-up process.
*The check for fees should be made payable to Goddard Middle School.
*The check for school pictures should be made payable to Daniel Reynolds Photography and placed in the photo envelope.
*The check for PTO should be made payable to GMS PTO.
Check the schedule pick-up materials for required and optional payments.
If payment of fees can’t be made at this time, please go to the main office to make arrangements for fee payment.
Core school supply lists will be available at the student store. The Goddard School Store will be open in the cafeteria during schedule pick-up for school supply shopping.

SCHOOL PICTURES
You might be wondering . . . when will I have my school picture taken? The answer is . . . Student photos will be taken during schedule pick-up. All students must have a photo taken for a student ID. Keep in mind when you are dressing, that you will be having your picture taken. Please dress accordingly. Remember, this is the photo that will be used for the school yearbook and your photo could also possibly show up in other school/district publications. Students receive one ID at no charge. Be sure to bring the picture order form and payment to schedule pick-up if you want to purchase additional photos. Class/Core photos for grades six and seven will be taken on Friday, August 24th.
The 8th grade class picture will be taken in the spring.
